Bosch have developed the Performance CX new drive unit which provides 75NM torque. The mandate here was to provide an E-MTB motor to compete against the modulated Shimano Steps E8000 system and Bosch have achieved this. The new Performance CX motor in E-MTB mode responds extremely sensitively providing assistance between 140-350% assistance. This sensitivity enables riders to tackle trails aggressively without the worry of too much power and surging.
